INDIVIDUAL COACHING


Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls

This is time devoted to you—a space where you will be met with love, acceptance, and deep care. So often, we can feel alone in our symptoms, with no one who truly understands what we’re going through. I know firsthand how challenging and isolating it can be to live with chronic symptoms. I also know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who truly gets it. Someone walking with you as you reconnect with your body, your inner strength, and your sense of possibility.

I'm here to offer a space where you are seen, heard, and supported. A grounded container where you can gently explore your relationship with your mind and body, tend to the emotional layers of your symptoms, and create space for more peace, joy, and freedom in your life.

Together, we meet weekly for an hour via Zoom. Sessions often include a blend of intention setting, guided somatic practices, emotional support, and mind-body exploration—always tailored to meet you where you are.

Coaching Packages

Intro Session for $95

I offer an initial, discounted session for first time clients where we can get to know one another and you can get a feel for my style of coaching. We will explore your health history, your intentions for coaching, and how I can support you moving forward! We will meet for 60 minutes via Zoom and the session will be catered to your unique needs and desires.

3 Sessions for $360

This package is for you if you are desiring support, connection, and accountability in your healing journey. Maybe you are ready to kickstart your mind-body journey or you need a few sessions to get back on track. Wherever you are, you are welcome! 60-minute sessions happen virtually over Zoom.

6 Sessions for $660

If you are ready to delve deeper, then this package is for you! We will work together to explore your unique mind-body path. Sessions range from exploring somatic practices to regulate your nervous system, focusing on daily routine, exploring deeper emotional patterns fueling the symptoms, and cultivating self-compassion. 60-minute sessions happen virtually over Zoom.
