Mind-Body Coaching
In our journey together, we honor the unique rhythm of your mind, body, and spirit. This path is not about rigid steps or a fixed outcome—it is an invitation to meet your nervous system with kindness, creating space where your body can feel safe, held, and loved.
Mind
In our sessions, we might explore mental and emotional patterns, like chronic stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, fear, and limiting beliefs, that may be contributing to your symptoms. This work supports greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and nervous system safety. It’s not about fixing you—because you are not broken—but about creating space to shift long-held patterns, reduce fear, and open the door to healing. This might look like letting go of rigid rules around health, softening self-criticism, or beginning to trust your body again. As you begin to feel safer and more supported from within, profound changes can unfold in a way that’s deep, sustainable, and grounded in the powerful science of neuroplasticity, presence, and compassion.
Body
Through guided somatic practices and body-centered inquiry, we might explore what it’s like to be with sensations in your body in a mindful, compassionate way. Rather than fighting, fearing, or trying to fix your symptoms, you’ll be invited to relate to them through a lens of safety, curiosity, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore tools and practices tailored to your unique experience—supporting the rewiring of the brain and calming of the nervous system. This might include somatic meditations to cultivate a felt sense of safety, expressive writing, feeling and processing repressed emotions, and gently fostering self-compassion. Over time, this work can help you shift from feeling at war with your body to feeling more empowered, connected, and at ease.
Spirit
When navigating months, years or decades of chronic symptoms, it is common to lose your love for life. In our sessions, we might explore the deeper messages in your symptoms and how to reclaim your joy, passion, play, and purpose. Maybe your symptoms are calling you to slow down, step into your power, reconnect with your creativity, or leave a situation that is no longer serving you? Maybe you want to hike through the woods again, go to a dance class, or meet a friend for tea? ln our sessions, we will explore what makes your heart sing and take steps towards embodying the life you truly want. Healing happens as we reach for what lights us up!

“And I said to my body, softly, “I want to be your friend.” It took a long breath and replied, “I have been waiting my whole life for this.”
